Master the art of balanced eating with the Harvard Plate principle. Flexible meal organization, simple recipes, and visual plate balance guidance without calorie counting, with support for both plant-based (vegan) and mixed protein preferences.
Hey everyone 👋
I built PlateHarmony to make healthy eating feel simpler and more realistic.
Instead of calorie counting and restrictive diets, the app focuses on balanced meals using the Harvard Plate principle. The goal was to create something practical for everyday life — with flexible meal planning, visual balance guidance, simple recipes, and support for both plant-based and mixed protein preferences.
A lot of the ideas came from personal experience and experimenting with nutrition myself. I wanted a system that feels sustainable, not overwhelming.
Would love to hear your thoughts, feedback, and ideas for improvement 🙌
