I'm the maker of Plasmanica. I kept needing soft, moving gradient backgrounds for hero sections and wallpapers, and every tool either cost money, added a watermark or only exported still images. So I built the one I wanted and made it free for everyone.
What you can do:
🎲 Surprise me: one click (or the space bar) rolls a new palette and layout. Every look has a seed, so a lucky roll is never lost.
🌊 Plasma gradients: flowing, liquid colour with finishes like glass, chromatic and holographic.
🟣 Mesh gradients: drag colour points on a grid. Blending happens in OKLab, so pastels stay clean.
📦 Export anything: PNG up to 4K, seamless MP4 loops, wallpaper packs for every screen, or a tiny embed (about 10–16 KB) for HTML, Webflow and Framer.
📚 Free library: download community gradients or remix them in the studio.
No sign-up, no watermark, free for commercial use. It runs in your browser, and a free Google account only adds saving, folders and collections.
