Hey, I'm Marcin, a solo dev from Poland.
My focus is a mess. I lose track of time, get pulled in five directions at once, and forget what I was doing the second I stand up.
Every timer app I tried only let me run one thing at a time. But my day is never one thing - there's a focus block, water boiling, and a "reply in 10 min", all live. One timer is a lie about how my day actually looks.
So I built planSync: several visual countdown timers running in parallel, right on the lock screen and Dynamic Island. Time you can see instead of guess. Tasks sit next to them, in lists or kanban. Offline-first, synced between phone and the Chrome extension
