Hi Product Hunt, I'm Matti from Switzerland.
In 2025 I finished my apprenticeship as a Mediamatiker. The last big step is the IPA, a practical project where you plan your work, track it day by day and compare your plan with what actually happened. I did all of that in Excel and lost a lot of time on it.
So for my own IPA I built a small planning app with a Gantt chart, planned vs. actual tracking and a Kanban board. Others asked to use it too, and that became planomatti.
What you get:
• Gantt timeline with milestones and planned vs. actual
• Scrum sprints with story points and burndown
• A Kanban board that stays in sync with the timeline
• Templates, including one for the Swiss IPA
• Live collaboration with unlimited members
• Hosted in Switzerland, free, no ads
I'm building this on my own and would love honest feedback. What is missing for your team? What would make you switch from Trello or Excel?
