I'm Artem, the solo founder behind PJOY Direct.
The idea came from a simple observation: international hiring in the entertainment industry still relies heavily on agencies. That often means higher costs, slower communication, and limited transparency for both performers and employers.
I wanted to build a platform where performers and entertainment venues could connect directly, regardless of the country they're in. That's why PJOY Direct includes verified profiles, built-in chat translation, collaboration requests, and reviews that can only be left after a completed collaboration.
We're starting with dancers, but the vision is much bigger. Our goal is to build a global marketplace for the entertainment industry, where performers and employers can find each other without intermediaries.
This is our first public launch, and I'd genuinely love your feedback.
