PixioDoc gives clinicians a dedicated app to capture clinical photos and videos, organize them by patient, compare progress over time, and share cases securely with colleagues. Unlike generic galleries or heavier clinic systems, it is built for day-to-day documentation: patient timelines, before/after review, side-by-side comparison, and team collaboration in one workflow.
Hi Product Hunt,
We built PixioDoc because too many clinicians still document patient progress with their phone camera, personal gallery, and a mix of folders, screenshots, and messages. That works until you need to find the right image during a consultation, compare progress over time, or share a case securely with a colleague (no whatsapp, please!!) .
We started by focusing on a simple question: what would clinical image documentation look like if it were designed around the real workflow of a visit? That led us to patient timelines, before/after review, side-by-side comparison, and secure case sharing. As we spoke with more healthcare professionals (ie, physios), it also became clear that video matters just as much as photos for documenting movement, and healing, so we built that into the product too.
PixioDoc is our attempt to make this workflow cleaner, more organized, and more professional for everyday care. Both iOS and Android are live today, and we’re continuing to improve the product based on feedback from early users.
Would love to hear what stands out to you, what feels missing, and how you currently handle clinical photo or video documentation.
