It flags doubtful ads: re-posted again and again, open for months, or asking candidates for money.
It tailors your CV to the offers you pick, in the ad's language, using the ad's words for what you have really done. Nothing is invented.
It finds who to contact at the company and drafts the message, the cover letter and the follow-ups.
It tracks your applications and reminds you when to follow up.
