Love the concept of pipeRead—making book discovery feel personal instead of one more list to scroll. From a clarity-and-onboarding lens: when someone opens PipeRead for the first time, what’s the one belief you want them to hold in the first 10 seconds? Is it “I will find a book that speaks to me” or “This librarian knows what kind of reader I am”? Because in discovery tools, that first belief often determines whether the user stays or drops off.
