I was tracking too much. Cycles, outcomes, sleep, bloodwork, all in a spreadsheet, and my own head was the thing trying to see how it fit together.
The bloodwork was the worst of it. I'd paste it into whatever cloud LLM I was using that week. No central location, nothing that carried over, no real sense of whether anything was improving.
So Pinwise keeps it in one place, on my device. The advisor runs on your own API key, so the context comes with you instead of living in someone's chat history.
The part I actually use every day is smaller than that. Reminders. It tells me to pin, and exactly what to pin. Even running one peptide alongside vitamins you can get lost, and it keeps me on track.
