👋 Hey Product Hunt! I'm the maker of PinThis. The idea started with a simple observation: the pinned post is one of the most valuable pieces of real estate on a social profile. Creators use it to promote their products, newsletters, projects and links. So I started wondering: why can't that space become something brands can buy? That's what PinThis is. Creators can create a free page for their profile and put their pinned post up for sponsorship. Brands can bid for the spot, and the winning sponsor gets their content pinned for a defined period. The goal is to create a simple new way for creators to monetize the audience they've already built — without changing their regular content or turning their entire feed into ads. We're starting with X, but the idea could eventually expand anywhere pinned content exists. We're very early, so I'd love your feedback: Would you monetize your pinned post? Thanks for checking out PinThis! 📌

Who hunted PinThis?

PinThis was hunted by santdoyle. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
