Inventory and order-costing for sole proprietors and small makers who buy materials and sell finished products: gift hampers, clothing, food orders, and similar shops. Track stock, build products from ingredients, open a client order, and see material cost plus a suggested selling price before you say yes. Confirm once and stock updates. Follow who owes you and monthly profit in one place. Built iPad-first. Works on phone and laptop. $10/mo after a 7-day free trial. No card to start.
I built Pink Depot for owner-run product businesses whose mornings still live in a notebook, WhatsApp, or a spreadsheet.
The pain was pricing a client order with confidence: what materials do I need, what does it cost, and do I have enough stock? Heavy billing apps did not fit made-to-order work.
Pink Depot is the calm loop for stock, ingredients, order cost, and suggested sell price.
What made you decide to build specifically for small makers?
the suggested selling price before confirming an order is genuinely useful, takes the guesswork out of quoting clients. wish i had this when i ran my small candle shop

Who hunted Pink Depot?
Pink Depot was hunted by Raashi Shah. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
