Tell us what to watch. We'll email you the moment it's true. Instead of managing subscriptions, refreshing bookmarks, and checking wishlists across a dozen sites, describe what you're waiting for. One email when it happens. Nothing else.
The idea came from watching my girlfriend check the same store page every few days, waiting for a pair of pants to go on sale.
It sounds small, but it stuck with me. How many times a day do people do exactly that: refreshing a page, skimming a newsletter, opening a bookmark, just waiting for one specific thing to be true? We've all built this messy personal system of alerts, subscriptions, wishlists, and bookmarks scattered across a dozen places. None of it was designed for this. It's just what we hacked together.
I thought: AI agents can search the web, browse pages, understand intent, and reason about what they find. Why aren't they doing this for us?
That's what PingMeWhen is. One unified place for everything you're waiting for. Instead of managing alerts, newsletters, subscriptions, and bookmarks across multiple platforms, you just describe what you want in plain English. An AI agent checks daily and sends you one email the moment it happens. Nothing else.
The use cases surprised me as I built it: price drops, product launches, job postings, sports signings, regulatory announcements, competitor moves. Anything you'd set a reminder to check manually, you can just hand off.
We're just getting started. Would love to hear what you'd use it for.

Who hunted PingMeWhen?
PingMeWhen was hunted by Rachhek Shrestha. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post.
