Like many of you, I've spent countless hours trying to keep track of complex medication schedules for aging family members. Between morning, afternoon, evening doses, eye drops, and "before/after food" rules, our fridge was covered in messy, handwritten notes and confusing printouts from the pharmacy.
Every app I tried felt too complicated for my parents to read, or required creating an account and uploading sensitive health data to a server. That always felt wrong to me. Medical schedules should stay private.
So, I built PillsChart.com — a completely free, in-browser utility tool.
Here is what it does:
One-Page Layouts: You type in the medicines, dosages, and timings, and it instantly generates a clean, professional PDF that you can print as a Wall Chart (to pin by the medicine cabinet), a Tick Sheet (for daily check-offs), or a Pocket Card (to know how many tablets to buy).
100% Private (Zero Upload): It runs entirely in your browser using local processing. Your patient names, UHIDs, and prescription details never leave your device or touch a server. No sign-up, no tracking, no ads.
Multilingual Support: It supports English and Hindi (दवाई चार्ट) to help broader families.
