Every pie chart maker I tried wanted an account before it would let me export anything, and most stamped a watermark on the result. So I built one that does neither.
Pie Chart Studio is a single HTML file, about 113KB, with no dependencies and no build step. Your data never leave the browser, and a service worker means it keeps working with the network off.
