Hi! ☺️
ARFID, is a type of eating disorder that isn’t connected with concerns about body image or weight. Instead, it’s often characterized by a generalized avoidance based on the food’s sensory characteristics, such as its smell, texture, or taste.
I designed this app to assist individuals with ARFID and picky eaters in easily outlining their dietary preferences, goals and therefore reducing food-related stress.
The app is only available for iOS right now. If you're an interested Android user, please visit my website and leave your email. I'll keep you updated on any progress regarding the Android version.
The app is currently completely free, with no in-app purchases or ads.
Thank you for your support!

I'm excited to see how this app helps me expand my food palate. Hopefully it's user friendly and intuitive!
