PHYTRIXX helps botanical and nutraceutical R&D teams investigate how bioactive compounds may interact with biological targets using computational methods including molecular docking, molecular dynamics, target analysis, and ADMET profiling.
I’ve been working on PHYTRIXX for a while, and I’m finally putting it out here.
The idea came from working around both wet-lab research and computational biology. I noticed that with botanical and nutraceutical products, there’s often plenty of information about the compounds themselves, but it can be difficult to connect those compounds to a clear, scientifically supported molecular mechanism.
PHYTRIXX is my attempt to make that part more structured.
I use approaches like molecular docking, molecular dynamics, target analysis and ADMET profiling to investigate how bioactive compounds may interact with biological targets and to help R&D teams decide which compounds or mechanisms are worth investigating further.
It’s not meant to replace experimental validation. The goal is to use computation to generate stronger hypotheses and help guide the next stage of research.
