Hi Product Hunt! I’m sharing PG Manager, a free Android app for owners and managers of paying guest accommodation (PGs), hostels and shared rentals.
It brings rooms, beds, residents and monthly rent records together, including partial payments, outstanding balances, shareable receipts, maintenance and tenant PDFs with drawn signatures. You can keep separate records and currencies for multiple properties.
To try it, install the app from Google Play and explore the sample property with fictional data. It opens without email/password signup and has no ads, purchases or subscriptions. Cached records are readable offline; saving changes needs a connection. Payments are recorded manually.
I’d love feedback from accommodation owners: what would make your day-to-day room and rent management easier?
