Full origin story: I found a Reddit post where someone wanted to build "the most toxic app imaginable" - just to track every time their partner forgot to turn off the lights vs. every time they didn't, so they'd have hard evidence to win arguments. It was a joke post. It should have stayed a joke post.
Instead I built PettyPoints - same competitive, keeping-receipts energy, minus the actual toxicity. Think "playfully petty," not "documenting my partner's failures for a divorce lawyer." Log what you did, get a weekly scoresheet, settle "who does more" with numbers instead of a 45-minute conversation nobody wanted to have.
Genuinely curious - would your household survive this, or does someone immediately start gaming the system by logging "took out trash" four times a day? (No judgment. I already know who that person is.)
