What we built: PetCure AI uses computer vision trained on veterinary ophthalmology, dermatology, and oral health data to analyze photos of your pet and flag potential issues. Think of it as a "pre-vet" screening layer — we don't replace your veterinarian, we help you have better conversations with them.
How it works technically: Our models are trained on annotated veterinary imagery and validated against board-certified veterinary assessments. The AI provides a risk-level output (low / moderate / high) along with plain-language explanations of what it detected. We designed it to be conservative — we'd rather flag a false positive than miss something serious.
Revenue model: Freemium. Free tier gives you 5 AI scans/month for one pet. Pro at $9.99/month unlocks unlimited scans, multiple pets, and one monthly vet consultation. We also offer a clinic-side portal where veterinary practices can provide remote consultations through our platform.
