I run several coding agents at once: Claude Code in one terminal, Codex in another, Cursor in the editor. And I kept finding the same thing: an agent had been sitting there for 20 minutes asking "Allow? (y/n)" in a window I wasn't looking at.
So I built Pet Island: a small island at the top of your screen that watches every agent. When one needs permission, you see the exact diff or command and approve or deny right there. When it asks a question, you answer in one click. When it's done, you know.
It works with Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Grok, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Antigravity, Cline, Kilo Code and OpenCode, on Windows and macOS.
