I'm the founder and developer behind PesaCrow.
I built this after personally experiencing how broken trust is in African online transactions — buyers afraid to pay upfront, sellers afraid to ship first. The result? Deals falling apart, fraud running rampant, and no reliable middle layer for the growing wave of social commerce across Kenya and Africa.
Why PesaCrow? Most escrow solutions are built for Western markets — wire transfers, credit cards, slow verification. We built from the ground up for mobile-first markets, where M-Pesa is king and speed matters.
The thing I'm most proud of is our M-Pesa STK push checkout — no OTP friction, no copy-pasting paybill numbers. Buyers get a push notification, confirm, done. It just works.
