My co-founder, Michael, and I built Perspiva to bridge that gap.
We wanted to create a platform that helps founders, product marketers, and growth teams move beyond surface-level surveys and toward deeper customer understanding. Instead of simply collecting responses, Perspiva helps teams uncover customer language, emotional patterns, positioning opportunities, and strategic insight.
At its core, this product came from a simple belief: the companies that succeed are the companies that understand humans better than everyone else.

Congrats on the launch, Yasmeen. The “anthropologists of modern human behavior” line is great, and I like that Perspiva is focused on what happens after feedback is collected, not just making another survey tool.
I’m curious, when teams get the positioning or messaging insights back, do they usually know what to change next, or is there still a gap between “this is interesting customer feedback” and “we know what decision to make from it”?
