Hey Product Hunt! I built PERSOM because I used to manage a music team for weddings and events in Brazil, and the daily chaos was real: WhatsApp messages lost, musicians double-booked, sheet music scattered across Google Drive folders, and no way to know who actually confirmed for Saturday's gig.
PERSOM puts everything in one place: events with ceremony moments (processional, vows, recessional), musician invitations with automatic conflict detection, repertoire linked to each moment, sheet music uploads, a financial dashboard, and even electronic contract signing.
The key insight: musicians play for multiple teams, so they need a central hub too. Their side is 100% free. They see all their gigs, confirm with one tap, and access scores instantly.
