Building Persivo was inspired by a simple challenge: systemic work is something you learn best through practice, but realistic opportunities to practice are often limited. Coaches, consultants, and learners can study frameworks and methods, yet it is much harder to regularly train conversations, test hypotheses, and explore interventions in a safe and flexible environment.
Persivo solves this by using AI to simulate conversations with different levels of complexity. It gives people a space to practice systemic thinking more often, reflect on their approach, and build confidence before applying it in real situations.
While working on the launch, my approach evolved from the idea of creating a helpful AI tool into building a true practice environment. I realized the value was not just in generating answers, but in creating realistic dialogue, nuanced situations, and a learning experience that feels close to real systemic work.
