I’m Reza Hosseinizadeh, the developer of Persian Download Manager (PDM).
I started building PDM because I wanted a modern Windows download manager with reliable pause and resume, interrupted-download recovery, and proper support for both Persian RTL and English LTR interfaces.
During development, the project evolved into a desktop application with a Rust-based download engine and an Avalonia interface. It currently supports multi-segment downloads, queues, priorities, scheduling, and simultaneous download management.
PDM is still in beta, so this launch is mainly about learning from real users. I would especially appreciate feedback on download stability, usability, the interface, and features you consider essential in a download manager.

the chrome and firefox extensions built right into pdm are a nice touch, makes capturing downloads feel seamless instead of fighting with browser defaults.
