Hey everyone I'm Kandis, the maker of Perks.
I've had this idea for thirteen years.
When I got pregnant with my first daughter, I realized how little I actually knew about the company I'd joined. Things that would have changed my decision, like parental leave, flexibility, and how parents were really treated, weren't obvious during the interview process. I only found out after I was already there.
I never forgot that feeling.
Thirteen years later, I finally built the product I wish had existed back then.
Perks helps people understand what it's actually like to work somewhere by bringing together benefits, policies, and the details that usually stay buried across careers pages and employee reports, with sources attached wherever possible.
