Perdify is an AI-powered murder mystery game for iOS where you interrogate suspects by text or voice, uncover evidence, spot contradictions, and accuse the killer. It is not a single-scenario mystery: Perdify includes multiple playable cases, each with its own cast, setting, secrets, and culprit. Suspects are AI-controlled, so investigations feel dynamic instead of scripted.
I built Perdify because I love investigation games, but I always wanted one thing they usually cannot give you: the ability to ask your own questions. In Perdify, you interrogate AI suspects by text or voice, follow evidence, catch contradictions, and decide when you know enough to accuse someone.
It is not a single-scenario AI demo. Perdify launches with multiple playable cases, each with its own cast, setting, secrets, evidence chain, and culprit, with more scenarios planned as the library expands.
The hard part was making the AI useful for a mystery game without letting it break the mystery. Each case has a server-side truth engine behind it: who did what, when, where, what each suspect knows, what they can claim, and how they might lie. The suspects can improvise, but they are grounded in the case.
Murder mystery is the first format, but the bigger idea is an expanding library of AI-driven investigations: courtroom drama, heist investigations, sabotage thrillers, missing-person cases, and more.
I’d love feedback from the PH community, especially on the interrogation flow, the AI characters, and what kind of cases you’d want to play next.
