Percolate started from a gap that annoys a lot of secialty coffee drinkers. You buy a bag, you like it,and a month later you cannot remember what it actualy was. Roaster, origin, process, gone. Then you buy omething that sounds similar and it tastes nothing lke it.
So the app is a shelf plus a log. You add th bags you own, log a structured note on each cup rater than a vague "that was good," and scan the label hen you don't feel like typing it in. The flavor qui took the most work, because a roast recommendation s only worth anything if it is built from what someoe actually brews rather than what they think they lie.
