Flo and I are excited to launch our app Peaks today. Peaks can decode each persons individual circadian rhythm and help everyone be more productive, feel more energized and sleep better.
After noticing how we felt tired always at the same time during the day we did some research and quickly discovered a bunch of research on the circadian rhythm. We immidiatly started wondering if we would be able to programm and app that can decode our rhythms so we tried. As you can see it worked and we are super happy to have more and more people uncover their own individual rhythm.

What a wonderful idea. Really struggling with sleep cycles and energy levels dipping during the day. Going to give this a genuine try.
Such an important area where the right data can make a huge difference. At Shimmer, our members are adults with ADHD (that struggle with sleep, circadian rhythm, etc.) so we think about this problem a lot! Would love to connect offline, but curious from an app perspective, how the UX works—what things are detected automatically and what things need manual input? A challenge for our community is manual input and remembering to do that!

This reminds me of Rise, which i had hit or miss success with, but I'm going to give this a try! I definitely want to do more sleep optimization. How does it track my sleep?
I love this. Reminiscent of RISE, one of very few apps I maintain a paid subscription to. My only feedback is that the app logo is a huge departure from the otherwise very appealing design identity throughout the platform itself. I could see this hindering adoption / interest in a somewhat congested space, which would be a shame considering the app itself seems rock solid so far. Not trying to shamelessly plug but I’d love to take a crack at a redesign of the logo =]
