Every time I needed to merge or sign a PDF, the "free" tools wanted me to upload the
file to their servers — and often make an account too. For a private contract that
always felt wrong.
pdfnoupload does all of it locally, in your browser, with WebAssembly. Nothing is
uploaded. The thing I'm proudest of: you can *prove* it — open the network tab, or go
offline, and it still works. There's even a live 0-uploads monitor on the page.
It's free, no account, 9 languages. One honest caveat: OCR downloads its engine once
on first use, then runs offline too.
