Am I missing something, or is there literally no privacy policy? Can I assume you're then reserving the right to use the PDFs I upload in any way you want?
This sounds very useful. Is there a structure requirement on the pdf or web url? I tried uploading few PDF's to the knowledge base but they all failed with "Error creating knowledgebase"

1) Is it possible to upload several PDFs at once, rather than uploading them one by one?
2) Is it possible to ask questions about all the documents? For example, ask the bot to analyse the relationship between the documents, or search for a term or a meaning across all documents, rather than being able to analyse them one by one?
