Hey Product Hunt — I'm Brad, founder of Paxelo. 👋 This one's personal. I spent years in outside sales, working a territory out of a truck cab with a notebook on the passenger seat. Every CRM I was handed was built for the manager watching me — never for the work I was actually doing. So the notebook always won. Building Paxelo started as me trying to solve my own problem and turned into a much bigger one: how do you build software a field rep will actually open at stop #8 of a 10-stop day? A few things I learned the hard way while building it: → Reps don't have an adoption problem, they have a relevance problem. If the tool doesn't save them time in the first 60 seconds, it's dead. So we built around the map, not the dashboard. → Route optimization sounds simple until you realize "shortest" isn't "best" — a rep knows which account is worth the detour. We had to build something that respects the rep's judgment instead of overriding it. → The hardest feature wasn't technical. It was deciding what to leave OUT. Every field we removed made reps trust it more. Paxelo today: route optimization, heat scores on every account, prospect discovery inside your territory, and reporting that doesn't make the rep type anything up. I'd genuinely love this community's feedback — especially from anyone who's sold from a vehicle, or built tools for people who work in the field.
