Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Utkarsh, the solo dev behind Pawse.
I launched a tiny pixel-art version here in June. Since then I've used it every day while Claude Code runs long tasks, and it grew into something much bigger.
The problem: I'd kick off an agent, switch to another tab, and forget to check back for 20 minutes. Notifications got dismissed without reading. A pet in the corner of the screen turned out to be the one thing I actually notice. It cheers while the agent works and throws a little party the second it's done.

🍅 A Pomodoro timer whose countdown sits right under your pet
⏰ Your own reminders (water, posture, meds) with snooze and a quiet mode
🎩 Paws, levels, gift boxes and 38 collectible hats, earned by finishing tasks, stretches and focus sessions
Still 100% free, no ads, no account. Everything runs locally, and it only counts keystrokes to animate your pet. It never records what you type.
Works on macOS (Apple Silicon) and Windows.
