Most finance apps tell you what you're doing wrong. Pawket gives you a reason to do it right. At the center of the app is a dog. His happiness depletes slowly, keep him happy by checking off your goals. Miss them, and he feels it. That small emotional feedback loop is what makes habits stick. You start saving because something you care about depends on it. Beyond the dog, Pawket also tracks your spending and income, and analytics that reveal habits hiding in plain sight.
I built Pawket because I couldn't stick to good financial habits — impulse purchases, ignored budgets, and the constant feeling that I was falling behind on goals that actually mattered to me.
What finally clicked was making it feel personal. Pawket's dog is inspired by my real dog, Zeus, and every day, I need to complete my own financial goals that keep him happy. If I miss them, and he notices. If I hit them, we both move forward.
Turns out a virtual dog is a surprisingly good accountability partner. Would love to hear how it works for you — and what you name yours too.
