Hello everybody, Over the past years, our world has turned into an instant gratification gizmo. Ads, social media, hustle and everything in between. We believe, in between all this, everybody deserves 10 minutes to themselves. A time where they are neither scrolling mindlessly nor binging a show that they started only because they were really tired to do something else. We started working on Pause in January 2024. This is a simple, effective program to help with mental wellness. What I appreciate so much is that the founder is very responsive and open to ideas. This went from a GOOD app to a GREAT app within a few months because they listened to users to make Pause as good as it can be.
