PartyPass
WhatsApp invitations that chase your RSVPs for you
Send your event invitation over WhatsApp and an AI assistant collects the RSVPs — answering guest questions in natural language and chasing the ones who go quiet. QR passes handle the door. One payment per event, no subscription.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built PartyPass after watching my family plan a wedding in Mexico. The invitation was the easy part. What broke people was the three weeks afterward — chasing 200 guests one WhatsApp thread at a time, re-asking the same question, and still not knowing the headcount the week of the event.
In Mexico that's not a small problem. Roughly 25–40% of guests never answer the first invitation, and the reasons are mundane: they forgot, they're waiting to be sure, they need to check with their partner.
So PartyPass sends the invitation over WhatsApp — where people actually reply — and an AI assistant handles what comes back. Guests answer in their own words ("sí, vamos los dos", "¿puedo llevar a mi novio?"), the assistant understands, records the headcount, and answers questions about dress code or timing without waking the host. It only escalates when a real decision is needed. Guests who haven't answered get a nudge; guests who already confirmed never hear from it again.
On the day, each guest has a QR pass and the host sees arrivals in real time.
One payment per event, from $399 MXN. No subscription — you're planning one wedding, not buying software.
Happy to answer anything about the RSVP assistant or how we handle WhatsApp's messaging rules.

Who hunted PartyPass?
PartyPass was hunted by Alonso Gutierrez. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
