When starting a new Pokemon playthrough, I like to plan my team ahead of time. I'd end up jumping between Bulbapedia for move lists, Serebii for encounter locations, another site for type matchups, and something else for breeding info.
So I built the tool I actually wanted: pick your game, build your party of up to 6 Pokemon, and get everything in one place.
For each Pokemon in your party you get:
* Level-up moves scoped to your specific game version
* Type matchup chart
* Base stats with visual bars
* Evolution chain
* Where to find it (encounter locations, methods, rates)
* Breeding data — egg groups, gender ratio, hatch steps, egg moves
* It works offline too, so it's useful at tournaments or anywhere with bad WiFi.
I'm a developer and a longtime Pokemon fan — this started as a weekend project and turned into something I actually use every time I play. Would love feedback from anyone who's felt the same "too many tabs" pain.
