Spain requires every short-term rental to report guest stays to the Ministry of the Interior (SES.HOSPEDAJES) — at booking and again within 24 hours of check-in. Most hosts still do this by hand, or bolt it onto a PMS that wasn't built for it.

What I'm most excited about for this launch: Partelisto also runs a remote, OAuth-protected MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP client can check what needs attention across a host's bookings, create a booking, and resend a guest's check-in link directly. It's deliberately a small, focused tool surface (8 tools) rather than a giant API dump — every tool answers a question a host actually asks an agent.
