PagePolisher started during a co op placement at an e commerce company, where part of my job was manually checking product listings for real descriptions, correct brand info, and clean spelling. It was slow and repetitive, so I wrote a script to automate it for myself. I found out businesses actually pay people to do exactly this kind of checking, that's when it clicked that the tool could help more than just me.
I rebuilt it into PagePolisher for small e-commerce stores specifically, since big companies usually have a team doing this by hand and small stores don't. Still in high school, building this solo. Would love feedback from anyone who runs a store
I paste product url into Claude. Spot missing specs in seconds. Unless this cross checks suplier feeds or return data to show which gaps hurt conversion, is just scraped prompt ) What your scan catch that LLM looking at raw html misses?
