Hey Product Hunt,
I’m Tiago, co-founder of Paddock.
We started building Paddock after seeing how fragmented the motorsport industry still is when it comes to finding opportunities. Drivers looking for racing seats rely heavily on personal networks, Instagram, WhatsApp groups and direct outreach. Teams face the opposite problem: finding the right drivers at the right time. And if you’re an engineer, mechanic, photographer, videographer or another motorsport professional, there’s no real professional network built specifically for this industry.
That’s what we’re trying to build with Paddock. A place where drivers find teams, teams find drivers, and motorsport professionals find opportunities.
We launched a few months ago and already have 200+ drivers and teams across multiple racing categories. More recently, we opened Paddock to the wider motorsport workforce and brought together 500+ active motorsport job opportunities.
We’re still very early, and there’s a lot we want to improve.
I’d especially love feedback from the Product Hunt community on the product, the profiles, and how we’re approaching this marketplace.
