Pacerift - Moto Telemetry
MotoGP-grade ride telemetry. Your phone. No hardware.
Serious riders want data. But professional telemetry systems require expensive chassis-mounted hardware most people will never buy. Pacerift solves this by fusing your phone's GPS and inertial sensors into a stable telemetry feed — top speed, G-forces, peak braking, route visualization, and session analytics, all captured automatically on every ride.
I've been riding for years and always wanted real data from my rides — not just a map trace, but actual telemetry. Top speed, G-forces, braking intensity. The kind of data MotoGP teams take for granted.
Every existing solution either cost thousands in hardware or was built for professional race teams. So I built Pacerift — a telemetry engine that runs entirely on your existing Android phone.
A few things I'm especially proud of:
→ The sensor fusion took the longest to get right. Phone IMUs drift badly under motorcycle vibration. Getting stable G-force readings without external hardware is the core technical challenge we solved.
→ The Rider Archetype system — instead of just dumping numbers, Pacerift tells you what kind of rider you actually are based on your sessions. Day Cruiser, Canyon Carver, Smooth Operator. Riders love this.
→ The share card — designed so your telemetry is actually worth posting on Instagram or TikTok, not just a screenshot of an app.
Would love to hear from anyone who rides — what data would make you actually change how you ride? That's what's shaping our roadmap.
And if you're curious about the Pacerift Pod (our upcoming chassis-mounted hardware for true lean angle and sector cornering) — ask me anything below!
