I experienced first hand how property owners are dependent on OTAs (Airbnb, Booking) to run their activity. Though those services are useful, they are expensive (20% service fees) & biased toward guests, especially when conflicts occur.
I built Ownia.co to fix this and help property owners who don't rely on managed services to grow free outside OTAs.
