Hi Product Hunt! 👋 We’re excited to finally introduce OwlVigil to the Product Hunt community. Over the past year, we’ve watched AI move from experimentation to production. Companies are no longer using just one model—they’re integrating multiple AI providers into customer support, internal tools, coding assistants, business workflows, and products. As AI adoption grows, the challenge is no longer “Which model should we use?” It’s questions like: * Who has access to AI? * Which models are being used? * How much are we spending? * Are we enforcing company policies? * Can we audit AI activity when we need to? Every AI provider helps you build with AI. OwlVigil helps you manage it. OwlVigil sits between your organization and every AI provider, providing a single platform to manage AI access, enforce policies, monitor usage, control costs, and maintain audit-ready visibility—without changing how developers build. We don’t replace AI providers. We make them easier to operate at scale. We believe the next challenge isn’t building with AI—it’s operating AI responsibly across an organization. Just as cloud infrastructure evolved from unmanaged servers to mature platforms with governance and observability, we believe AI needs the same operational foundation. This is our first public launch, and we’d genuinely love your feedback. A few questions we’d love to hear your thoughts on: * How is your team managing AI today? * Are you already using multiple AI providers? * What’s one capability you wish existed for managing AI across your organization? We’ll be here throughout the day answering every question, listening to your feedback, and discussing ideas. Thanks so much for checking out OwlVigil—we can’t wait to hear what you think! 🚀

Hi Product Hunt👋,

A little story about how we built OwlVigil.

OwlVigil was shaped by a lot of conversations with teams already using AI in their day-to-day work.

We kept hearing similar problems: more providers, more people using AI, more spend, but not enough visibility or control around any of it.

So instead of trying to build everything from our own assumptions, we kept going back to those teams. We’d show them what we built, hear what didn’t work, change it, and come back again.

A lot of what’s in OwlVigil today came directly from those conversations.

The most rewarding part has been seeing some of those teams start using it and feeling that the product actually helps with the problems they first came to us with.

As AI becomes a normal part of how companies work, we think managing it well will matter just as much as adopting it.

We’re sharing OwlVigil with the Product Hunt community today, and we’d really value your perspective.

Tell us what makes sense, what doesn’t, and what you think we should build next.
