I built OVLY Surveys because analysing a survey often becomes far more work than actually running one.
You collect a few hundred or thousand responses, export them into Excel or CSV... and then you're left with a spreadsheet full of ratings, demographics and open-text answers that somebody has to turn into something useful.
There are plenty of powerful research platforms out there, but for a lot of people the requirement is much simpler:
“I already have the survey. I just want to understand the results.”
That's what OVLY Surveys is designed for.
Upload an Excel or CSV export, choose the columns you want to analyse, and OVLY Surveys creates a private report with answer distributions, demographics and key findings.
If you want to go deeper, Deep AI looks across the responses for themes, patterns, segment differences and actionable insights. You can also provide a previous survey wave to help identify what has changed.
We deliberately made the pricing transactional rather than another subscription. Standard reports are currently £5 per survey, and Deep AI starts at £19 depending on the number of respondent rows.
This is also an experiment for us in taking some of the technology behind OVLY and turning it into very focused standalone tools that solve one job extremely well.
