We had early access to the new version of Crisp, and the improvements are impressive! The enhanced analytics and navigation make it easier than ever to engage with our customers. We especially like the live translation feature which allows us to assist our users in their preferred language. We can not recommend it enough!

The company I'm currently developing is super raw and not in the stage where we would need such a tool (we'll look into using it officially in the future), but I'll definitely recommend to my builder friends. Congrats on the launch, @alexd. Wondering if you have plans to integrate into the codebase to understand and answer how to questions or enable users to take action in the product within the search box. e.g. user asks a question, and your bot provides an answer and a button to take that action right there.
Crisp is for sure the greatest product out there for customer support. This new version looks incredible. Keep up!
