Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built OVAPI because I kept hitting the same wall — every time I wanted to collaborate on API testing with a teammate, tools like Postman or Insomnia would ask me to upgrade. Per-seat pricing for something as fundamental as sharing a project never made sense to me.
So I built my own. Browser-based, no install, and completely free — including unlimited teammates. You can organize requests into projects, invite your whole team, and everyone works from the same place without anyone pulling out a credit card.
Along the way I added things I personally missed: real-time updates so changes made by a teammate appear instantly without a reload, mock servers so you can test without hitting real endpoints, saved responses you can compare side by side, environment variables, and one-click code snippet generation for cURL, JavaScript, Python, C# and more.
