Congrats on the launch! I love the focus on helping creators turn their expertise into a branded, monetizable chat without wrangling a dozen tools—being able to set up the chat, branding, and payments in one place lowers a ton of friction.
Two things really stand out: (1) positioning it for coaches/educators/creators who want to package their knowledge, and (2) the “business-in-a-box” angle with built-in payments—nice touch if Stripe is wired up out of the box.
A couple of questions/ideas as you scale:
For paid plans, how “white-label” can it get—custom domain + removal of “Made in Outchat” badges across the experience?
What will analytics look like for creators (conversion, retention, revenue per subscriber, best-performing topics)?
Any guardrails or “knowledge proofing” to reduce off-brand answers e.g., source-pinned responses, confidence thresholds, or easy human overrides?
If you ever add coupons, trials, or affiliate links inside the chat checkout, that would be 🔥 for growth.
Smart move! Not a basic wrapper, but another level of abstraction. Is it possible to save folders/threads?
