Out in 20
Browser escape rooms. 20 minutes. Solo or with friends.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Nana, the maker of Out in 20.
I wanted an escape room I could play with friends in different cities without downloading anything.
What it is: a set of escape rooms that run in your browser. You walk around a real 3D room, inspect objects, collect items, and solve a chain of connected puzzles before 20 minutes run out. There are six rooms, from a mystery observatory to a haunted ward and a buried chapel. Each has Guided, Standard, and Expert difficulty, with different clues and codes for each.
A few things:
- Co-op: share a room code and explore together. Everyone can be in a different room at the same time.
- Multi-room runs: on Standard and Expert, solving one exit opens the next room, and your satchel carries over.
- Accessibility: keyboard support throughout, plus an illustrated fallback if WebGL isn't available
- Leaderboards: there are fastest-escape boards and a global solo riddle race.
It's free to play. [If a demo, either leave it out or say it's a demo.]
I'd love to hear which room beat you, how long you lasted, and what felt unfair or unclear. I'll questions. Thanks for playing!
