Why I built this:
Most real estate templates rely on bloated legacy frameworks or basic HTML setups. I wanted to build a modern, fully type-safe starter kit equipped with server-state caching, clean UI components, and dynamic database integration out of the box.
What’s under the hood:
Core Tech Stack: React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.
State & Data: TanStack Query & TanStack Router for route management and caching.
Backend & Storage: Supabase database schemas and storage bucket scripts.
Management: Vantage Onyx CMS control dashboard included.
