What started as a small internal tool quickly grew into something more useful. Along the way, I realized the challenge wasn't just receiving OTPs, it was making them accessible to the right people and systems without adding friction.
So I focused on keeping things simple: dedicated OTP numbers, flexible routing rules, and integrations with the tools teams already use, like Slack, email, and webhooks.
